Sagee User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sagee application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App. This Agreement applies to all users of the App, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and contributors.

2. Age Restriction
The Sagee App is intended for individuals aged 17 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under the age of 17, you are prohibited from using the App.

3. Description of Service
Sagee provides a platform for entertainment and socializing. The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you post, share, or transmit through the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Sharing illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Sagee or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sagee and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination
Sagee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to This Agreement
Sagee reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
